what is planking ?
plankig atau di kenali sebagai Lying Down Game is an activity consisting of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location. Both hands must touch the sides of the body and having a photograph of the participant taken and posted on the Internet is an integral part of the game. Players compete to find the most unusual and original location in which to play. The term planking refers to mimicking a wooden plank. Rigidity of the body must be maintained to constitute good planking .many participants in planking have photographed the activity on unusual locations such as atop poles, roofs and vehicles. Planking can include lying flat on a flat surface, or holding the body flat while it's supported in only some regions, with other parts of the body suspended.

apa itu planking ?
mybe kat kat malaysia kurang tahu apa tuhh planking ,tapi kat luar negare dah terlalu famous dah , geli aku tengok , mybe lahh sometimes tuhh bende tuhh nampak melucukan fun bagai tapi tade lahh sampai nak meniarap kat jalan raya kan , tempat kotor tuh siot =D planking adelah satu game yang paling aku rase BODOH and annoying gile . mane yang tak suke tuh , tapayah nak marah aku sangat lah ea =D aku just cakap ape yang aku rase saje =D kau tahu kenape aku rase planking itu satu bende yang sia-3 and bodoh ?

~ pertama kau maen meniarap jer kat mane-3 tak kesah lah tempat tuh orang ramai lalu lalang ker , jalan raya ker , JAMBAN ke kan ? betul tak ? betul sangat !!
~ kedua , lepas kau buat planking tuh then , kau tangkap piture kan ?
~lepas dah tangkap picture , kau start lah tunjuk kat sume orang yang kau ikut trend bodoh tuh kan ?
~ bile orang puji kau trendy lah cool lah gempak and so on lah kan ,, mule lah nak bajet tak tentu pasal , sampai CAKAP diri sendiri cool !! upload lahh pulak picture kat facebook , blog sume pastuh cakp try nak change pendangan orang MALAYSIA pasal planking tuhh !! puihhh , kau ingat cool sangat ker siot ? tayah nak bajet sanagt lah !!
